Kit itself is of good quality and worked out of the box. But technical support is poor. They haven’t responded to my query where I asked how do we convert 36v to 5v for usb charging. Their was no separate module sent.
Reply from Quad Store: Dear Customer, We did not receive your query about the USB charging through our contact us form. Our support agent had asked you to raise a ticket which was not raised. However to answer your question there is no separate module which is included with the kit for conversion. You need to use a BMS or buy a separate convertor.
