Shipping terms & conditions

Quad Store ships its products to almost all parts of India. Orders placed will be shipped within 48 hrs. We ship on all days except Sunday and National Holidays.

FREE Shipping: We offer Free shipping above Rs 1000/- per order across all locations within India using DTDC, FedEx or Speed Post service. We prefer to use DTDC & FedEx as the first choice to ship our products since they are more reliable and trusted courier service. If your area pincode is not serviceable through DTDC or FedEx then we ship through India Postal Speed Post service..

The shipping charges can be modified by Quad Store at any point without prior intimation. The new charges would reflect on the product page as well as in the checkout flow.

Every once in a while, Quad Store brings out various offers in an attempt to satisfy customers. Various offers could be introduced for a limited span of time that enable free shipping of goods, subject to the fulfillment of the terms and conditions attached to the offer.

Return Shipping: 99.99% of the time there would not be a chance for return since all our products go through a complete Quality Check process before shipping.  In spite of that if the product arrives Dead on Arrival or any specific issue please contact us using the contact us form. We will ensure to take swift action upon receiving the details about the issue from you. Note: Return shipping charges has to be borne by the buyers.

Estimated Delivery Time (India Post): For all areas serviced by India Post – Speed Post service, the delivery time would be within 4 to 5 business days of shipping (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays). However items weighing over 2 kilogram or high volume may take a couple of days longer to reach. We will NOT ship through any other courier service.

International Locations: Currently we do not deliver to locations outside India

Tracking Packages: We will email you the name of the courier company and the tracking number of your consignment in your registered email address. In case you do not receive a mail from us within 48hrs of placing an order please check your spam folder. Tracking may not appear online for up to another 24 hours in some cases, so please wait until your package is scanned by the courier company.

Non-availability on Delivery: Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package twice before it is returned back to our warehouse. Please provide your mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in making a faster delivery.
