ENTIRE AGREEMENT

The domain name www.quadstore.in (hereinafter referred to as “Website”) is owned by Quad Store a company with its registered office at B.64 Ramalinga Nagar, 2^nd Main Road, Woraiyur, Trichy – 620003, Tamil Nadu, India (hereinafter referred to as “Quadstore”).

Your use of the Website and services and tools are governed by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”) as applicable to the Website including the applicable policies which are incorporated herein by way of reference. If you transact on the Website, You shall be subject to the policies that are applicable to the Website for such transaction. By mere use of the Website, You shall be contracting with Quadstore Internet Private Limited and these terms and conditionsincluding the policies constitute your binding obligations, with Quadstore.

For the purpose of these Terms of Use, wherever the context so requires “You” or “User” shall mean any natural or legal person who has agreed to become a buyer on the Website by providing Registration Data while registering on the Website as Registered User using the computer systems. Quadstore allows the User to surf the Website or making purchases without registering on the Website. The term “We”, “Us”, “Our” shall mean Quadstore.

When You use any of the services provided by Us through the Website, including but not limited to, (e.g. Product Reviews, Seller Reviews), You will be subject to the rules, guidelines, policies, terms, and conditions applicable to such service, and they shall be deemed to be incorporated into this Terms of Use and shall be considered as part and parcel of this Terms of Use. We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use, at any time without any prior written notice to You. It is Your responsibility to review these Terms of Use periodically for updates / changes. Your continued use of the Website following the posting of changes will mean that You accept and agree to the revisions. As long as You comply with these Terms of Use, We grant You a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use the Website.

ACCESSING, BROWSING OR OTHERWISE USING THE SITE INDICATES YOUR AGREEMENT TO ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS UNDER THESETERMS OF USE, SO PLEASE READ THE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE PROCEEDING. By impliedly or expressly accepting these Terms of Use, You also accept and agree to be bound by Quadstore Policies ((including but not limited to Privacy Policy available at Privacy) as amended from time to time.

ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS

All Buyer purchase orders shall be deemed accepted when QUADSTORE issues an order acknowledgment to Buyer or when QUADSTORE begins performance of the order. All orders accepted by QUADSTORE shall be governed by these Standard Terms and by any additional terms and conditions which are expressly agreed upon by authorized representatives of the parties in a fully executed Supply Arrangement. Unless otherwise agreed to in a Supply Arrangement, QUADSTORE shall have no obligation to accept any particular Buyer purchase order and these Standard Terms shall control.

PRICES CHANGES

The price shall be as set forth on the Supply Arrangement and due within thirty (10) days of delivery unless otherwise specified in writing. With respect to any “open” or “blanket” purchase order of Buyer, or if any Supply Arrangement contemplates the purchase/sale of products or services beyond a 1-month period, Quadstore may from time-to-time (but no more than once in any 1-month period) increase the price of any particular product or service by an amount proportional to any increase in Quadstore’s labor, utility or other verifiable costs respecting such product or service. Additionally, in the event Quadstore’s raw material costs materially increase, Quadstore may pass on such increases to Buyer at any time. Prices shall be adjusted to Quadstore’s prices in effect at the time of shipment.

DELIVERY

The delivery date is only an estimate of when the product will be shipped. Quad tore shall use reasonable efforts to meet any shipment or delivery date stated in any Buyer purchase order, but Quadstore assumes no liability for loss or damage (including any direct, incidental, consequential or punitive damages) due to delays or failure to meet any Buyer-specified delivery date. If Quadstore cannot meet such shipment or delivery date, it will promptly notify Buyer. Buyer will designate India Post-Speed Post or Registerd Post for the shipment of all products.There will be a two time delivery attempt made by the postal department and failing to collect the product will result in return. Please not you need to visit your near by post office to collect the parcel if you are unable to collect it.

TRANSPORTATION AND RISK OF LOSS

In the event of any loss during transit Quadstore will investigate the issue with the postal department and will provide compensation to the buyer or replacements.

CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION

After the order is placed you will not be able to cancel or modify it. So please make sure you select the right product. Please don’t call us or message us to change the order details.

TAXES

The prices show in the website is inclusive of sales, excise, use and other taxes.

WARRANTY AND DISCLAIMER

Quadstore warrants that at the time of delivery the Products sold by Quadstore (“Products”) (1) shall be free of any security interests, liens or similar encumbrances, (2) conform to the specifications set out in product description and be free from defects in materials WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO: (a) any Product that has been modified, altered or repaired or improperly transported, stored, installed, used or maintained; (b) damage caused by use of the product for purposes other than that for which it was designed; (c) damage caused by unavoidable acts of nature; or (d) damage caused by war or vandalism
